They were very informative from our first conversation on the phone to the day we picked Chester up and even after with follow up contact. Since we picked Chester up during the pandemic And texted with us to cover all the details we needed. The “Welcome Baby” gift bag that we were given had everything we needed to bring our Puppy home, written information, his blanket, food, and toys. Hello we got our Puppy Jany from La Verne Teacup Poodle Home. She is wonderful. We took her to our vet and she was given a great health report. She is active and playful. She loves our older puppy, they pay all the time. They were wonderful to work with. They took a lot of time and explains everything about the Puppy.
